Benefits of the program

  • There are no mandatory working hours — you sell at your own pace, on your own schedule.

1. Commission

  • Commissions are paid monthly via Zelle or Bank Transfer , with a minimum of $50 accumulated.
  • Samples, gifts, or promotional items ("buy and receive") do not generate commissions.

2. Coupons

  • Only official coupons provided by Citrus 55 can be used for promotion.
  • Exclusive coupons should not be widely shared.
  • Expired or inactive coupons should be removed.
  • The use of unauthorized coupons may result in the cancellation or suspension of the commission.

3. Branding and Presentation

  • The use of the Citrus 55 name/logo is permitted only with official materials or with approval through Citrus 55's official communication channels.
  • Prices and promotions should always be kept up to date.
  • It is forbidden to share false or outdated information.

4. Penalties

  • Affiliates who violate the terms may have their accounts suspended or terminated, with any pending commissions canceled, after review.

5. Commission Policy

  • Commissions are not paid on:
    • Sales tax (VAT/Sales Tax).
    • Shipping rates.
    • Credit card fees.
    • Gift wrapping or additional services.
    • Some product categories may be excluded from commissions.
  • Reasons for denying the commission:
    • Order cancellation.
    • Product returned (within the 30-day return policy).
    • Failure in the customer's credit analysis.
    • Duplicate order.
    • Violation of program rules.

6. Permitted promotional channels

Active Deduplication: Only one channel (last click) receives the commission.

Allowed channels:

  • Email marketing: Yes
  • Display advertising: Yes (Provided that it does not use automated display mechanisms that compromise the brand image).
  • Direct Partnerships: Yes
  • Price comparison websites: Yes
  • Internal Affiliate Program: Yes
  • Other affiliate networks: Yes (affiliates must report the use of secondary networks and ensure they comply with Citrus 55's guidelines).

7. Authorized promotional types

Allowed types:

  • Cashback: Yes
  • Community: Yes
  • Content (blogs, videos): Yes
  • Discount codes: Yes
  • Email marketing: Yes
  • Loyalty Programs: Yes

Not allowed:

  • Paid search (Search) using brand terms: No
  • Behavioral retargeting: No
  • Automated media buying: No

8. Additional Restrictions

Affiliates may not promote Citrus 55 products on:

  • Websites with adult, offensive, or illegal content .
  • Gambling or betting platforms .
  • Environments geared towards children , if the product is not suitable for that audience.

9. Best Practices and Brand Protection

9.1. Visual Identity and Appearance

  • Affiliate websites (including blogs, landing pages, or third-party websites) must be clearly distinguished from the official Citrus 55 websites.
  • The layout, design, colors, buttons, and visual structure of affiliate channels should be different from the official Citrus 55' websites.
  • Only logos provided by Citrus 55 may be used; unauthorized variations or imitations are not permitted.
  • Copying or imitating pages, sections, or functionalities from the official website is prohibited.
  • Citrus 55 may request changes, which must be made at no additional cost by the affiliate.

9.2. Digital Promotion Practices

  • Affiliates MAY use affiliate links, official content, and materials provided by Citrus 55 in organic posts, blogs, emails, and social media.
  • Affiliates MAY freely use the name Citrus 55 in organic content (articles, videos, emails, social media posts) without restrictions.
  • Affiliates MAY NOT run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) using the name Citrus 55 or related keywords in ad titles or paid keywords without prior authorization.
  • Affiliates can promote paid campaigns using generic or niche-related terms , as long as they do not explicitly mention the Citrus 55 brand.
  • Affiliates MAY NOT manipulate search algorithms to improperly promote Citrus 55 products.
  • Affiliates MAY NOT create websites or advertisements that mimic the official Citrus 55 website.
